Snap, Crackle, Pop

A Rice Krispies Poem.

On my tongue, you dance.
A little party, I’m in a trance.
You snap when I crunch.
Crackle when I pop.
You snap, crackle, pop.

I love you with milk.
But also on your own.
In my bowl.
You have a home.
My spoon goes down.
Up, up, down.
And you snap, crackle, pop.

You are so simple.
Yet yummy as well.
In my tummy
You pop and swell.
My spoon comes up.
Once again.
And you snap, crackle, pop.
